Technical parameter
Slurry fineness: D90≤7.0μm
Solid content: 80±3%
Viscosity: 300±100 pas 25±3℃, RION Viscometer VT-04E, generally required by the buyer
Expansion coefficient: 85-90×10﹣7/℃
Sintering conditions: 580-650℃/2-15min (different product numbers correspond to different temperatures)
Sintering atmosphere: neutral or weak oxidizing atmosphere
Acid resistance: No obvious corrosion marks on the surface after immersing in 3.5% hydrochloric acid solution for 10-15 minutes at room temperature
Alkali resistance: no obvious corrosion marks on the surface after soaking in 10% sodium hydroxide solution for 10-15 minutes at room temperature
Covering capacity: related to the printing thickness, can be completely covered
Screen printing conditions: 150-250 mesh
