Details
Water-based medium oil is the linking material when printing ink on glass and ceramics. In the tempering or baking flower heating, ink blending oil to be easy to volatilize, decomposition and oxidation, and in the end of these processes, the color glaze itself only began to melt and sinter in the matrix glass, the general glass glaze initial softening at about 450 ℃, before this temperature, the composition of the ink blending oil organic matter can all escape, in the tempering or baking flower after the end, there is no residue affecting the color, will not lead to the color glaze scorching or blistering.
