Instructions for use
1. In order to ensure good printing performance, it is best to dry powdered pigments at 130°C before use.
2. After it is confirmed upon trial printing that the product meets the requirements, mass production should be carried out.
3. Grease and impurities (such as glass isolation powder) should be effectively removed from the surface of the printed object (glass) to prevent surface defects such as white flakes and pinholes.
4. The printed wet film should be dried with good ventilation, and the thicker printed wet film should be dried at the slightly lower temperature for the longer time to avoid the deformed or uneven edge caused by too fast drying. It is advised to use an infrared dryer for drying. ( 120-150 ℃, more than 5 minutes).
5. The printing ink should be stirred for 1-2 hours before use.
6. The products of the same series can be mixed for color modulation, but the stability should be tested before mass production. The thinner should be used together with the specially formulated varnish but not other fluxing oil.
Related Products
Water-based medium oil is colorless, odorless, non-toxic, transparent and liquid. It is used to make tempered glass ink.
The low-temperature glass ink produced by our company has good fluidity, printability, good adhesion after printing, strong hiding power after sintering, good corrosion resistance, wide sintering temperature, and the surface finish can meet different quality requirements.
When inorganic pigments and organic pigments are used as pigments, they have different physical and chemical properties due to the large difference in molecular structure.
