Details
Low-temperature fused glass powder for the use of relatively environmentally friendly materials by mixing, melt copolymer crystallization in a high-temperature environment to produce silicon oxide-boron metal salts, with the significant characteristics of ultra-low-temperature fusion, while the market is usually glass powder for inorganic fixed hard particles, production using which raw materials for heavy metals such as PbO, high-temperature solid-phase reaction, the formation of disordered structure of the glass homogeneous body.
Lead-free low melting point glass powder is developed according to the thermal phase change characteristics of special glass materials, combined with the thermodynamic modification requirements of polymers, using high-purity environmental protection inorganic non-metallic raw materials containing SiO2, P2O5, B2O3, Li2O, ZnO, BaO, K2O, Na2O and other components, melted by advanced technology to synthesize the glass body, and then through the washing → drying → coarse grinding → pure fine grinding → precision classification and other processes. It is mainly used in high temperature resistant coatings/ink, vitrifiable (flame retardant) rubber and plastic materials, medium/high temperature tempered glass ink, low temperature sealing/welding/bonding materials, glass/ceramic color glaze fusing agent, etc.

Water-based medium oil is colorless, odorless, non-toxic, transparent and liquid. It is used to make tempered glass ink.
The low-temperature glass ink produced by our company has good fluidity, printability, good adhesion after printing, strong hiding power after sintering, good corrosion resistance, wide sintering temperature, and the surface finish can meet different quality requirements.
When inorganic pigments and organic pigments are used as pigments, they have different physical and chemical properties due to the large difference in molecular structure.
